The plants are available in CCBP-30 and CCBP-40 models, providing concrete output of 30 m³ per hour and 40 m³ per hour respectively under ideal conditions and continuous operation.
The mobile concrete batching plant has a compact design that requires less installation space and comparatively lower foundation costs. It can be installed and made ready for concrete production within 3 to 4 days, while disassembling can be completed in one day. The complete plant is mounted on a single chassis, with a mobility system featuring king pin attachment and pneumatic braking system available as an optional arrangement. The plant is supplied with pre-wired junction boxes and internal cabling, along with a PLC-based control panel for plant operation.
The CCBP-30 and CCBP-40 models are equipped with a four-compartment aggregate storage system, weighing hopper, electromagnetic load cells and Sicoma twin-shaft mixer. The plant also includes cement/flyash weighing, cement screw conveyor with bag hopper, pneumatic system with air compressor, water weighing system and additive system.
